Bio
About Jenn
Jenn Koiter is an ADHD coach, writing mentor, and breathwork guide who helps writers with ADHD dissolve their writer's block.
After a brutal five-year block of her own, Jenn found her way back to writing through breathwork, mindfulness, and ADHD coaching. She went on to publish a poetry collection, So Much of Everything, and to write and produce the award-winning short film Birds of the Air.
Drawing on her own experience, as well as her training as a coach and breathwork guide, Jenn developed an approach grounded in a simple insight: writer's block can be a vicious cycle in which executive dysfunction and nervous system dysregulation reinforce each other. Breaking that cycle requires addressing both.
Through her Focus & Flow Framework™ and signature Unblocked Breath practice, she helps ADHD writers understand their creative resistance, work with their brains instead of against them, and finally do the writing they long to do.
